What is Rewilding?

Do you feel consumed with busyness and is life becoming all do do do…? Do you long to breathe and pause and spend time in nature? Do you feel you have absorbed too much stress for too long? Rewilding could be the answer.

There is: Mindful Walking, Earthing, Labyrinth, Nature Appreciation, Breathing Exercises, Mindful Pausing, Fire Ceremonies, Meditations with the Elements, Flower Essences, Animal Connections, Letting Go Rituals, Camp Out Under the stars, Vision Quests, Mindful Hydration, Storytelling, Natural Mandala Creation, Inner Wild Journeys, Rewilding Dancing, Deep Listening Skills, Nature Readings.

Book Rewilding

Rewilding Sessions can be an hour, an afternoon, a whole day or over several days. Either on a 1 to 1 basis or as part of a group or workshop throughout the year.

 

Currently held in UK at various locations. Deeply supportive and nourishing.
