Meditation Sessions

Join weekly meditation sessions online via zoom or skype. Walking Meditation sessions are also available weekly in Hertfordshire.  

 

Or experience meditation on a 1 to 1 basis or join a small group in Hertfordshire or Somerset. There is also the option for learning  with your friends in small groups of 6 or more at a location near you.  

Stressed out at work? Meditation sessions can be arranged in your workplace too for your colleagues.

 I have been meditating for over 30 years and it has made a massive change to my life. 

 

Meditation and mindfulness can be an anchor through lifes challenges and allows an inner strength to emerge and an awareness to flow. 

 

Meditation connects the individual with the truth of themselves beyond the clutter and chatter of the mind as there exists a still place untouched by all the busyness and thoughts.
