What is EFT?

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a meridian therapy that involves tapping on a specific point on the upper body and face to help to release stored emotional issues.

 

Negative life experiences can be difficult to let go but do effect our overall mental and emotional health often for many years. Left unchecked one can become angry and perhaps depressed without really knowing why.

 

EFT aims to gently release these behaviour patterns and stored emotional issues to restore peace within you. EFT aims to assist with any issue such as childhood problems, abuse, depression, panic attacks, lack of confidence, trauma of accidents, bereavements, grief and many more.
